Weather warnings come from the Met Office UK feed; flood alerts and warnings come from the Environment Agency and therefore cover England only — no equivalent open feed exists for Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, and we do not pretend otherwise.
Sources that publish no machine-readable feed — Scottish Government, Police Scotland, SEPA Floodline, Traffic Scotland, NHS inform — are monitored by hand and labelled as such throughout.
